Propagation to 100 persons and Enshrinement of 100 Buddhas are the Supreme Assignments of Nungin Buddhists!
Donation for Enshrining 1.000.000 Buddhas & Constructing International Graduate School of Buddhism!
With a solemn vow, Nungin Sunwon has marked an epoch to build Constructing International
Graduate School of Buddhism, which has never been done by a single temple
in the long history of Korean Buddhism.
Among 299 colleges in Korea, 203 colleges have been established by other religious groups.
Buddhist colleges having a four-year course program are only a few, such as Dongguk University,
Sangha College, etc., which is a sad reality of Korean Buddhism.
Now, Nungin Sunwon makes a first step for a grand foundation of International Graduate School of Buddhism
to clear the darkness of the world, with all its strength honed
for the past 20 years or so.
It is the most urgent and pressing need to build an institution for raising young Buddhist leaders who
can lighten the road toward eternal progress for all sentient beings.
The virtue of a donor to invite others for founding International Graduate School of Buddhism is also immeasurable.
Let¡¯s invite those around us to participate
in this foundation.
The supreme assignments for Nungin buddhists are to achieve one million Buddha enshrinement
Specifications of Donations for founding International Graduate School of Buddhism
that enshrines 30 families for 10 years, 3 families a year; propagation to 100 persons;
and 100 Buddha enshrinement.
The foundation of International Graduate School of Buddhism is tough,
but also will be the greatest Buddhist work of our times that can be done only by Nungin Sunwon.
